Joseph P. Martone, Esquire

Joseph P. Martone, Esquire Joseph P. Martone is a 1975 graduate of Penn State University, and a 1978 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Erie County Bar Associations and is currently the Secretary of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a frequent author and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is the author of the chapter on alimony for the PBI publication Fundamentals of Family Law. Attorney Martone is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and was selected as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" in 2006 and 2007. He also teaches Family Law at Gannon University in Erie.

 

 

Paige E. Peasley, Esquire

Paige E. Peasley, Esquire Paige E. Peasley is a 1976 graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned distinction as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 1980, and has practiced Family Law exclusively throughout her career. Attorney Peasley is a frequent speaker on family law subjects, and is a past chair of the Erie County Family Law Committee. With the approval of the Erie County Judges, Attorney Peasley designed and helped implement the parent co-coordinator system currently in use for resolution of high conflict custody cases.
